While ordering gifts conform the date of delivery with managers.

It is necessary for delivery registration:

Document confirming payment of gifts;
Exact address, delivery time, contact person, mobile phone;
In case of the cashless form of payment – letter of attorney.
WE LET YOU KNOW BEFOREHAND:

Delivery cost, because of transport overload of main trunk roads, can be more than minimal delivery time, that’s why delivery payment is done at cost.

Delivery time also extends therefore goods incoming can be prolonged till 24 hours.

Delivery ways:

1. Self-delivery – the most safe way to get your gifts, especially from the middle of December.

2. Delivery within Moscow. Order of delivery is done before 24 hours until 16-00.

- within MKAD (Moscow ring highway)

Delivery cost 1600 rubles (min 3 hours), each additional hour 450 rubles.

- within the Garden Ring Road

Delivery cost+ 450 rubles pass.

3. Delivery within Moscow region

Delivery cost – 13 rubles per 1 km.

Delivery to other Russian cities.

Delivery cost is according to transport companies tariffs;

Free delivery to transport company is when ordering from 30 000 rubles.

Loading of gifts, packing is done by vendor;
Unloading of gifts, packing is done by customers.
